These terms describe the planned digital-guide store operated by SoulWriters LLC under the Living Made Clear name.

The planned products are English-language digital PDF guides for customers in the United States, with prices in USD. Purchases are intended only for people aged 18 or older.
When checkout launches, a customer must provide an accurate, accessible delivery email and authorize the displayed order and recurring membership charges before payment is submitted.
A $4.99 USD guide purchase is planned to begin a 72-hour VIP trial with no membership fee during that trial. Unless cancelled before the exact deadline, the first $42.95 USD VIP charge is planned exactly 72 hours after purchase, followed by $42.95 USD every month until cancelled.
Trial access includes the purchased guide, three starter guides, and one exclusive workbook.
After the first successful $42.95 USD charge, planned paid VIP access includes the complete digital library; at least three new digital guides each month; one exclusive workbook or planner each month; updated editions and themed collections; early access to selected releases; 50% off eligible premium guides; and priority human support only after verified support channels launch.
After a paid-cycle cancellation, future renewals stop and paid VIP access continues through the end of the current paid period. Purchased guides and materials already downloaded remain with the customer.

A delivered guide is licensed for the buyer's personal use. It may not be resold, shared, redistributed, republished, or used to create a competing product.

The store may update these terms before launch or when the service changes. The Contact page will become the support path once verified contact channels are published.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and educational materials are provided without additional warranties and liability is limited as allowed by law.
